We raise our organic beef following natural farming methods adding only clover and herb mixtures to the grass to enrich the land naturally, and absolutely no artificial fertilisers or additives. Our cows enjoy a contented life in a natural environment that allows them to mature naturally over three years. The beef is hung for a minimum of 28 days so is packed with flavour, succulent, lean and tender. But why not try for yourself?
