The Dressing Room
Just a stone's throw from the barn, immerse yourself in luxury as you prepare for your big day. Our Dressing Room offers a serene retreat where you can sit back and relax with your wedding party, sipping on a glass of Bucks Fizz.
Style and Comfort: Surrounded by elegant furnishings and natural light, this space is designed for those final touches.
Inclusive Experience: The Dressing Room is included in our wedding package until your ceremony, providing you with the perfect private space to start your day.
All-Day Access: For those who wish to continue using this haven throughout the day, additional use is available for a small fee, allowing you to return for touch-ups or just to take a moment away from the festivities.
Wedding Coordinator & Master of Ceremonies
As part of all of our packages we include a dedicated Wedding Coordinator who will guide you through the process and offer any assistance throughout planning. They will also be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. This also means if you don’t have a family member or friend in mind to do the announcing we’re more than happy to step in!

The Old Dairy is included in the venue hire package for the couple and is only a short stroll away from The Out Barn. This traditional stone built cottage features open plan living with an en-suite master bedroom and country cottage kitchen/diner.
When you wish to retreat to your own cosy abode, The Old Dairy Cottage will be waiting to welcome you.

Our typical wedding numbers are between 60 - 120 during the day, however The Out Barn can host up to 150 guests for the ceremony and the evening reception with plenty of space to tailor your celebration to your needs.

Helping you plan and organise your day is a key part of what we offer. We have a team of Wedding Coordinators who will support you throughout the planning process and will be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. We pride ourselves on our personalised approach and love to go the extra mile.

There are many churches near The Out Barn, so if you choose to get married in a church you can still use us for your Wedding Breakfast and evening reception. The nearest church is St Helens in the stunning village of Waddington.

Our venue hire package includes exclusive use of the venue, a choice of 3 ceremony locations, wedding breakfast room set up, reception and toast drink per person (Including cremant from a family run vineyard in Beaune, France), full glassware, wine tasting session and a dedicated Wedding Coordinator.
You also have access to our luxury accommodation including our Dairy Cottage.

Absolutely! Our venue is perfect for Winter Weddings, with a cosy and intimate atmosphere, Especially when adorned with seasonal decorations such as our 12ft trees in the oval room and lighting throughout the barn. We also hold Winter Open Days so you can experience the barn in all it’s Winter Glory.

Our most popular is our one day hire package which guarantees you exclusive use of the barn from 9am until 12:30am.
If you want to turn your wedding into a weekend away, our 2 or 3 day packages are the ideal option. Allowing you freedom to set your own decorations up the day before and enjoy a relaxed breakfast the day after the wedding.

Yes! We offer two types:
– Two-Day Package: Enjoy exclusive access on Thursday to set up, settle in, and relax before your Friday wedding. Enjoy breakfast Saturday morning in the ‘Hive’!
– Three-Day Package: Available in February, March and November, this gives you the venue Friday through Sunday — perfect for a full weekend celebration.Details, pricing, and availability are sent automatically when you enquire.
