Say your vows in the barn’s glass-fronted Oval Room or outside at Pendle View, both looking out to Pendle Hill. The Farmhouse Rose Garden, our Fairy Bridge over the stream and the Farmhouse Dining Room are yours to choose from too. Surrounded by 200 acres of private countryside, it’s just you and the people who matter most.

Your base package includes Henri Champliau’s Crémant for your reception and toast, exclusive use of our Dressing Room, and our in-house photographer and content creator to capture it all.

Arrive the day before and set up the ceremony and venue yourselves, or bring in a supplier for the flowers and finishing touches.

Your wedding breakfast is prepared by Tom’s Table, our award-winning partners bringing French-inspired bistro cooking to your celebration. Tom sources the best of Lancashire and the Ribble Valley, creating seasonal menus that feel celebratory without being fussy.

Three courses with table wine paired to your menu, served in the barn’s Oval Room, our cosy Snug or the Farmhouse. On your wedding morning there’s a continental breakfast in the Snug, or brought to you if you’re getting ready early, and a hamper is delivered to your door before you check out.

Your Accommodation

Take any combination of our accommodation to match your numbers. Our five luxury lodges are tucked away in the grounds, each sleeping two with its own kitchenette, from a single lodge for just the two of you to all five for a group of ten. The Hive, our communal lodge, gives everyone a place to gather.

Or take over The Farmhouse for a fully private stay. It’s a characterful 17th-century home sleeping up to twelve, with Coach House Cottage taking you to fifteen. The kitchen, dining room, rose garden and wood-fired pizza oven are all yours for relaxed evenings together.

 FAQs

  • Between 4 and 25. You'll need at least two witnesses for the ceremony to be legal, so four is the minimum including yourselves. If you're thinking closer to 25, we can sometimes accommodate this by combining the lodges with the Farmhouse. Get in touch and we can talk through how it would work.

  • Monday to Thursday. We keep weekends for our larger Estate Takeover weddings, but weekend dates can sometimes be available if you're booking within 10 months. Get in touch and we'll check availability.

  • Your ceremony, Henri Champliau's Crémant for your reception and toast, exclusive use of the Dressing Room, our in-house photographer and content creator, and music through our house system.

  • Of course. Our in-house photographer is included, but you're welcome to bring your own instead or as well.

  • Your wedding breakfast is prepared by Tom's Table, our award-winning partners: three courses with table wine paired to your menu, served in the barn's Oval Room, the Snug or the Farmhouse. A continental breakfast is served in the Snug on your wedding morning, or brought to you if you're getting ready early, and a hamper is delivered to your door before you check out.

  • We're happy to discuss this. We have a corkage option for wine and champagne.

  • Two nights. You arrive the day before your ceremony, with time to set up the ceremony and venue yourselves or with a supplier, and leave the morning after.

  • Our luxury lodges each sleep two, with their own kitchenette, and are dotted around the grounds, so book as many as you need. The Hive is our communal lodge where everyone can gather. The Farmhouse is a 17th-century home sleeping up to twelve (or fifteen with Coach House Cottage), with its own kitchen, dining room, rose garden and pizza oven. You can take any combination to match your numbers.

  • Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the venue and in all of our accommodation. We just ask that you bring a bed for them.

  • If the weather turns, we can move your ceremony into the barn's Oval Room or the Farmhouse Dining Room.

  • No, our intimate weddings are designed as daytime celebrations finishing by 9pm. There's no evening bar, band, or entertainment. If you're looking for a celebration with an evening party, our Estate Takeover package would be a great fit.
