  • The Waddington Arms

    We have six bedrooms at the moment but with plans afoot to create an additional 8. We’ll also have our very own cutesy cottage to rent out too. We are super dog friendly and we have super dog friendly rooms too. It has been known for us to have the odd treat or two behind the bar to reward exceptionally good behaviour – pooches and owners alike.

  • Yes. Our Estate Takeover Package includes the Historic Farmhouse (sleeps 12), Coach House Cottage (sleeps 3), Dairy Cottage for the couple (sleeps 2), and five Luxury Lodges (sleep 10). That's 27 guests on site with you — all included, no separate booking required.

  • Yes — when not reserved for weddings, our Luxury Lodges and Farmhouse are available for holiday stays. Perfect for walking weekends, romantic getaways, or family escapes in the Ribble Valley.

  • Depending on whether we have another wedding we are able to offer additional night stays where possible for £175. Please contact us for more details.

  • Yes, all our accommodation is dog friendly!

    We just ask that if the dogs are left unattended they be crated in the accommodations.

    In our lodges there is an additional cleaning fee for pets.
