Five lodges on a family farm, with Pendle Hill on the horizon.

Roe, Fallow, Hare, Grouse and Robin sit in their own peaceful corner of the estate, surrounded by landscaped gardens and wildflower planting. Each one is clad in Scottish larch from a family-run mill and faces south to catch the sun.

Every lodge has a king-size bed, an en-suite and its own kitchenette, so breakfast in bed or a quiet evening in is easy. Self check-in means you can come and go at your own pace, and dogs are welcome too.

At the heart of the lodges sits the Hive, our communal lodge, with a big table, chairs and a sink. It’s the perfect spot for pastries and coffee together on the morning after a wedding, before everyone heads home.
